Good Roots Learning Center is a homeschool enrichment program created to give children meaningful opportunities to learn, connect, and grow in a welcoming small group environment.
We offer engaging classes for Pre-K through 5th grade that blend academics, creativity, life skills, and hands-on learning. Our program may include reading, writing, math, science, history, gardening, cooking, performing art and other enrichment experiences led by qualified educators and community partners.
At Good Roots we believe children thrive when they feel known, supported, and excited to learn. Our smaller class sizes allow students to receive more personal attention, build confidence, form friendships, and explore new interests without the pressure of a traditional classroom setting.
Our goal is to support homeschooling families by providing high-quality educational experiences, trusted instructors, and a strong sense of community - all while helping children develop deep roots for lifelong learning.

In our Pollinators and Butterfly class, children explored the important roll bees, butterflies, and other pollinators play in helping plants and gardens thrive. Through hands-on activities and age-appropriate learning, students discovered the butterfly life cycle, how pollination works, and simple ways they can help protect these essential creatures.
We dove into Science and Math by: learning about different parts of plants, dissecting squash, sorting and counting seeds. The best part was PLANTING OUR OWN STRAWBERRY PLANTS to take home.
We celebrated Valentine's Day the Good Roots way: with kindness, creativity, learning, and connection. From bucket-filling writing activities to math practice, friendship bracelets, and valentines exchanges, every moment was filled with joy and growth.
